More About Me
I became a counsellor because I’m drawn to the complexity of the human experience — how we make sense of our lives, navigate challenges, and build connection with ourselves and others.
Before opening my practice, I spent over seven years in social services supporting people through significant life transitions and difficult moments. That work taught me something that continues to guide my approach to counselling: even when life feels overwhelming, stuck, or uncertain, people carry a remarkable capacity for resilience and growth.
As a counsellor, I see my role as a collaborator. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships, and work toward meaningful changes that help life feel more manageable, balanced, and aligned.
Working with Me
My approach is relational, thoughtful, and practical. I pay attention not only to what is happening in your life now, but also to the patterns, past experiences, and coping strategies that may be shaping how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.
Together, we work to “connect the dots” — exploring how different experiences and relationships interact to influence what you’re facing today. We reflect on what keeps certain patterns in place, notice blind spots that are easy to miss when you’re inside them, and develop practical strategies to respond differently.
The goal isn’t just insight, it’s meaningful change: helping you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re coming as an individual or a couple, we begin exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Outside the Therapy Room
“I recharge by slowing down and connecting with the people, places, and activities that fill my cup. That often looks like starting the day with matcha, spending time outdoors in the mountains, practicing yoga, being with chosen family, or enjoying live music. These moments nourish me and shape how I show up in my work, reminding me of the importance of presence, balance, and connection.”
